To view and repair your partially filled or failed orders, follow these steps:
Go to the ‘My orders’ page
Look for orders tagged as 'Failed' or 'Partially filled' and choose the order you want to repair.
Click on ‘View Details’.
Now, you have two options to fix a partially filled or failed order: ‘Manual Repair’ and ‘Retry Failed Trades’.
How can I repair an order that was traded directly on the Yes Securities platform?
To correct a failed order that was traded on Yes Securities directly, you should:
Select the ‘Manual Repair’ option.
A pop-up window will appear. Here, enter the average traded price — which is the price at which you bought or sold the stock on the broker platform — and the quantity of the stock.
Now, click ‘Submit’
This will update your basket to include the stock with the buy or sell price you have entered.
